Hardee's - Rockford

I recently dined at Hardee's and was impressed with the stylish and welcoming staff. The employees were polite, helpful, and very professional. The waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, offering thorough explanations of the menu items. Hardee's offers a wide variety of choices on their menu. I ordered the Monster Angus Burger, which was prepared quickly and efficiently. The burger was fresh and delicious, with a fantastic and well-balanced taste. I was pleased with the excellent service and especially with the food. I would definitely return in the future.

The staff at this restaurant are friendly and efficient, but the wait times are too long due to a shortage of employees. I suggest hiring additional staff to keep up with demand.

Definitiw would have there 5 stars, but they do not sell any roast beef sandwiches, so they have luck getting the 4 stars of me, but the burger I had was really good, it is really good people work and we are very courteous tables were not very clean, but what do they expect when they are really busy

I will not be coming back to this unhappy place. Every single employee is very unprofessional and no happy faces. I want a place that I can feel welcomed in and wanting to come back! But no it wont change it seems like. Do better hardees.
