I visited for the first time and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the place. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with eggs, cheese, and turkey sausage on a croissant, and it was fantastic! I also tried the new brown sugar cold brew, which was perfect for a hot day. The service was excellent and quick. I visited the restaurant for the pumpkin latte, which was on special for $3. However, the screen wouldn't show the discounted price. I had to seek help three times from employees who seemed disinterested and reluctant to assist. I was not impressed by their attitudes. Additionally, another screen was completely out of order. 70% of the time that I go here, my order is wrong or they?re out of stuff already at 830 in the morning. The workers here have no personality and are typically rude. The girl with the ugly piercings in her lip is the worst. And how can you NOT offer pupcups? Are you all that lazy that you can?t put some whipped cream in a dish? Seriously. You all need to go through some customerservice training.
Worst DD around. 3 days a week they are out of frozen coffee. And you never know until you are in the drive thru and then you still have to wait in line because you can't back out. Maybe try hiring competent managers that know how to use a spreadsheet

My coffees are never filled to the top, but other than that, it's a great place for a quick coffee fix in the drive-thru. However, I recently saw pictures of bugs on their donuts, so I won't be getting any donuts from there anymore.
If I could give this place zero stars, I definitely would. One of the employees informed us that they were out of doughnuts and asked for our preferred alternative. When we specified our order, she continued to push for us to get 50 doughnut holes instead of the 10 we wanted. To make matters worse, she was rude and unprofessional. When we requested a refund, she spoke to someone else inappropriately and even laughed when we explained what had actually happened. She is clearly not suited for her role and needs to improve her customer service skills.
