Grateful for this call and that they are working to make this right. We look forward to trying Dickey's in the near future. Original: We placed an order online for pick up, meal was due to be ready at 8 p.m. The restaurant's lights were on though the door was locked. After knocking, the workers said they were closed and shrugged off a refund. The restaurant's hours online, on their website and their business door reflect they don't close until 9 p.m. They processed the order and took payment, yet no meal was available at the time guaranteed an hour before close. No refund, no apology, no dinner from Dickey's Barbecue Pit.

We've literally trued everything on the menu and there isn't one thing we didn't like.... the baked potatoes are by far the best baked potatoes I've ever had.
