Casey's - Rockford

Rated as 4 for 2 reasons: 1) The store needs baskets to put products on the market. It is frustrating to try to manage a number of items. For me, I use a canoe so that only one arm is available. 2) Love the cheese bread and cheeseburger. One night I had delivered them. I used a credit card on the website expected to sign a reception and able to add a tip. No. When I asked the supplier, he said it was not an option. I only have $2 in cash to give him. Caseys shortens their delivery people. When I charge a delivery, it's usually because I don't have the money.

I tried her taco pizza tonight, new to the city and looking for a pizza place. Holy cow we were impressed! Will stop looking for a great pizza place because we found it! There could have been more chips on the pizza, and maybe they would have thrown into an acid cream for $20... everything else was 100% perfect. Yummy!

I've been into this location 3 times in the last 2 weeks to grab breakfast and food and everytime the hotcase has been 100% empty. I've just turned around and walked back out. I'll go a cross the street to Kwik Trip Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ended up walking out as I was completely ignored!!! And I never do that! I work customer service and am usually understanding! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Shout out to the night staff tonight!!! The gentleman working the front recognized me from earlier when I had an app malfunction, and offered a free drink and pizza because of the mishap.
