Stupid good beer. You will certainly lose IQ points with their beers. You have to have the Stanilla (American Stout and the OG Vanilla Cream Ale. RUN! Don’t walk, RUN to Carlyle Brewing, and why aren’t you already here? Come on, show up. It’s a great time with very good beer!!! And the beautiful people who serve are amazing servers!! A short swing by as out-of-towner following local business partners recommendation. Great choice of beers, great beer and a place to relax and or spend time with friends. Had a glass of Vanilla Cream Ale. Deep and thorough aroma, rich taste. Love it, and with very affordable price. Glad checked this one out.

I grew up in Rockford, but live in Tampa. Anytime I'm in town I have to stop in Carlyle. The beers and atmosphere are fantastic, and we always have great service.

Great value! Had a couple different beers and a pizza. All was very good. I am relocating from Chicago to Rockford and am glad to have found this place. Went on a weeknight around 5pm. Atmosphere was dark and calm. Good place for conversation. Prices were great too.

Good beer brewed right here, support your local brewery! We sat outside with some friends, I had the Pale Ale, and others had the Cream Ale and the Brown Ale. We liked them all and we also had sausage and cheese appetizer and a fresh spinach pizza, both we good and pour service was great. With a stop if you're downtown.
