Capri Pizza - Rockford

I always order the same pizza at this restaurant - all cheese, no olives, anchovies, and no green pepper on one half with extra cheese. However, I have been disappointed twice now after being charged $30 for the wrong pizza. When I called to address the issue, a manager explained that there was a miscommunication and offered to remake the pizza. I found it frustrating that they insinuated I was at fault for the mix-up. Unfortunately, I am hesitant to return to this establishment in the future.

Do not recommend ordering from here again! I was told it would be ready in 35 minutes, but when I arrived, they were just starting to put pizzas in the oven. It took 12 minutes to cook, and I was finally told it was ready 30 minutes after the initial estimate. I returned the pizza and got my money back, and I will not be returning. The staff member trying to act tough was actually quite comical, but he failed to deliver on his promises.

Capri is a true gem in Rockford, offering authentic Italian cuisine that must not be missed. Great food and service! It's no wonder they stay busy. We had the chicken parmesan and baked mostaccioli, which were perfectly delicious. Our waitress was attentive and polite.
