Very friendly service, pretty high quality food. Fries were okay but the cheese sauce was worth it. Milkshakes were rich and delicious. And I appreciated the gluten-free bun option for my son who has Celiac. Worth a stop, I wish I had one closer to home. View all feedback.
What Henry Kuphal doesn't like about Beef-a-roo:
Went there tonight around 6:30. Walked in and nobody was at the counter waiting to order. We stood there approximately 10 minutes without even a hello we will be right with you. If they would have been busy, we would have understand. But they weren't. Don't know what's going on with Beef-A-Roo's these days. Seems like the quality of food has gone down and the workers just don't care. Won't be going back anytime soon.... View all feedback.
Waited over 20 minutes for our food while dining in. Only 3 other tables eating in the whole place. Watched the lady take my burger off the tray and put it in the microwave because it had been sitting so long. The place has went down hill since it was sold.
The price of $17 for a side of fries and a "big beef" sandwich with just a few slices of meat is outrageous. I won't be returning to this restaurant again.
Food was good, but it ridiculous as to how expensive they are....was also disappointed that they no longer had their signature salt shaker on the table..also the restroom was nasty..bad smell and just old, grungy lookingReally needed updated and cleaned
Food is hot, service is very respectful theirKid-friendliness: Love to eat their, but sometimes the do forget to add sauce
I really enjoy their cheese fries. Lately, I have been loving the loaded fries and the pork tenderloin sandwich. It's a perfect combination with a mixed iced tea.
