Baskin-robbins - Rockford

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this Baskin-Robbins. The open sign was lit up on the building, and their website stated that they stay open until 10 PM. However, the door was locked. When I tried to inquire about whether they were open, I was ignored by a girl who was on the intercom and didn’t respond. All I wanted was some ice cream!

When I tried to ask if they were open, the girl on the phone didn't respond. I wish they would just turn off the big OPEN sign if they weren't going to let customers in. All I wanted was some ice cream!

I was very disappointed with my experience. The ice was mushy, and the portion sizes were not satisfactory. When I asked the staff if they were having issues with their freezer, the writer seemed uninterested in my concern. Additionally, the employees in the background appeared to be distracted. I would recommend getting ice cream from Cold Stone or Dairy Ripple instead. They may be pricier, but at least you get what you pay for.
