Applebee's Grill - Rockford

Jennifer is the top server at this restaurant. If there is ever a mistake with my order, she always fixes it promptly. She takes the time to sit at my table and have a chat with me for a few minutes. I highly recommend requesting her as your server. She deserves a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Very good service and the hamburgers were very tasty. I wish they would more of their original menu with the glazed chicken on rice and crater like this for variety, but still enjoy the comfortable atmosphere and the good food and service at applebee’s in rockford on state street

Ordered the $5 drink special. It was big good. My chicken tortilla soup was nice HOT! Hate cold soup. I had ribs, good but they were cold. Hate cold food! I was hungry so didn't send back. Next time I will tell them make sure it's hot! Service good, a new guy was in training.

The only reason I walk through this door is for DESTINY. Hands down is the only reason why this place is the best place for my family. I don’t think she gets enough gratitude. She is an amazing waitress, and down right down to earth person. My family has wrote corporate about how great her service is.

The server was very nice. Food was hot and fresh. Bathrooms need to be cleaned they smelled awful. Overall was a great experience.
