Mcdonald’s Rockbank

I've bought a regular caffe latte. There's no any taste this is a coffee. Just full of milk and also it's cold. Worst McDonald's drive through ever.

Worst experience ever. Really slow, waited at least 20min. to order then extra 25min. Waiting to get food. Burgers were cold and has no any salad or sauce inside just a piece of chicken only. Really bad taste. Fries are smelling like fried in old and smelly oil. I wanna give 0 rating, not going back at all

Worst Mcdonalds in the western suburbs. Each visit has been a 25 45 minute wait in drive thru and once you are able to order, they ask you to park in the waiting bay which then can take an extra 10 mins. Food is average at best and have been disappointed on a few occasions. Lift your game up!

Bought takeaway there last week. Well staffed but very disorganised, appears to be lack of training. Very, very, long wait. Finally got the food, stone cold but coke was luke warm, no ice. We were travelling and did not want to turn back to complain. It all ended in the bin !!!!

The last time we use this outlet. The wait times are beyond reasonable. We waited 35minutes for two coffees and chips at drive through last evening. The manager on duty at 6:30 pm was non functional. There were 10 people waiting for their drive through snacks. The manager was unable to use the tablet to give another customer a refund for coffee she had waited 35 minutes for. There were 10 of us that entered the very dirty restaurant to try and get clarification from the manager for the long wait times. We were assured there were no machinery break downs. Most left the outlet without refunds or food. Avoid this outlet at all costs.
