We NEEDED an espresso martini and had 20 mins before the factory closed so we swung on in and the staff was cheery, helpful, and fun! Our bartender made our night and made a mean tini! She told us her name but my ADHD spiked and I completely forgot it. However, to our bartender who is in grad school, you made and saved our night! 5 stars to you! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Cheesecake Factory:
Food is good and consistent. Portions are huge and you get what you’re paying for. I prefer the lunch portion when it allows. It’s much more manageable. Menu is extremely large. Don’t know how long it could take to try the whole menu. Staff can be a hit or miss. Some are great others not so much. I always try the pasta dishes. Chipotle chicken pasta was pretty good, could use some more spice imo. View all feedback.
I went on a Sunday so it was pretty packed, and eventhough, the food came on time, I got the Thai coconut lime chicken, with steak on side and it was splendid. Nachos were really good as well. (I didn't include meat in mine) This Cheesecake Factories is inside a mall so even if u do have to wait u can walk around, the Apple store is right outside.
The place looks very warm and inviting. The servers are professional. My food was hot came out quickly.
My wife and I went here for a late lunch/early dinner and were very surprised at how quickly we were seated even though it was busy. I had the Tuscan Chicken and my wife had the Garlic Shrimp and angel hair pasta. Both dishes were delicious, well seasoned and full of flavour. The cheesecake we had for dessert was excellent and Jordan our server was very courteous and professional. We will definitely be back!
Love love the Cheesecake Factory. The ambiance is .....perfect. Melissa the manager was wonderful. I was hungry and cranky when I sat down.It seemed to take 4ever to sit and be waited on. But they were changing shifts. It wasn't too long ago I was a server and it was during covid . Covid is already over in Holland because the people stayed home and masked up . Hopefully there is a light shining across all Americans soon. I apologized because I was a Karen tonight lol . Food was great as usual. Worth the wait . Cheesecake divine lo-cal cal luscious ..
Typically, we enjoy giving our name and then strolling around the mall to build up an appetite before coming back. This has always allowed us to manage our time well, so if the wait is too long, we can easily choose another place and return another day. But that wasn’t the case on Saturday, March 19. I had only worked a half day, so I was feeling a bit tired and hungry, and we decided to go to a restaurant we usually enjoy without any issues. Upon arrival, a young hostess greeted us, but her inexperience showed. We asked how long the wait would be for three people, and she informed us it would be 50 minutes, which we accepted. After about 45 minutes of exploring the mall, we returned, only to find another girl at the host stand. We noticed many people waiting to be seated for several minutes, and despite saying "excuse me," we were ignored. Eventually, the new hostess checked our reservation and, with a hint of attitude, informed us that we had only waited 42 minutes and that a table might be ready in another 10 to 15 minutes. This was infuriating because it meant we would be waiting longer than the original estimate. We decided to sit down in the mall again, returning 20 minutes later to find that the original girl, smiling as if she had done us a favor, told us there were still four groups ahead of us. I politely pointed out that this wasn't how a business should operate, and she explained that they didn’t anticipate being so busy. It was perplexing how she could underestimate both our wait time and our dissatisfaction with the situation. With years of experience in the restaurant and service industry myself, I explained that they should generally give customers longer time estimates and seat them sooner rather than the opposite. The hostess simply smiled and repeated her earlier explanation. Though we considered leaving, our hunger prompted us to wait a little longer. Eventually, we were seated a full 1.5 hours after our initial reservation—40 minutes beyond the quoted time, effectively doubling our wait. Thankfully, the meal itself was enjoyable, and our server, Josh, was fantastic, as always. However, I can't stress enough how disappointing this experience was. If the restaurant doesn't start hiring staff who can think before they respond to customers, we won’t return, and I will share this negative experience with others. With PF Chang’s opening nearby, the situation is even more concerning. While we used to be loyal patrons, we are now done with this location of The Cheesecake Factory. If I ever consider returning with friends or family, I hope to avoid those two young hostesses at the front desk.
