Starbucks - Rockaway

Very nice Starbucks location, it's spacious with plenty of seating. Easy to find parking too. Staff was polite and efficient. No complaints!

I have been enjoying the same coffee—a caramel macchiato—for over ten years, and this was the first time I was served a cup that was basically just milk with some coffee splashes. It was also my first visit to this location. They really need to train their employees on how to make a good cup of coffee, especially since it's quite pricey; I paid over $5 for what amounted to just a little bit of milk. To be honest, I ended up tossing it and buying a strawberry frappuccino instead, which turned out to be mostly milk, ice, and a few drops of strawberry flavor. They had run out of the actual strawberry syrup, and the employee couldn't find any more in the back. So, I ended up with just milk and water. It seems like they primarily sell milk at this place.

I'm really happy this location is here. It's conveniently close to my home and on my way to work, making it an essential part of my morning routine. The staff is consistently friendly, and I'm usually in and out quickly. I don't think I've ever experienced a long wait time.

This Starbucks is truly disappointing. For the past month, my drinks have consistently been incorrect, with an overwhelming taste of milk and missing ingredients. The customer service is mediocre at best, with only one employee who seems genuinely helpful. Overall, this Starbucks has really declined.

All drinks should be half off considering they drown every single drink in milk. asked for a splash of half and half, i saw the employee fill up half the cup with half and half. got an iced shaken espresso with sweet cream, 75% of the coffee is foam. I spent $6 on a drink that?s completely undrinkable.
