I have been enjoying caramel macchiatos for over a decade, but my recent experience at this cafe was disappointing. For the first time, I was served a cup of milk with a few drops of coffee. It was my first visit to this particular store, and it seems that they need to better train their employees on how to make a proper coffee, especially considering the high prices they charge. I ended up throwing it away and opting for a strawberry frappuccino instead. Unfortunately, they were out of strawberry flavoring and could only offer me a concoction of milk, ice, and water. It was a letdown to see that they were primarily selling milk rather than quality drinks.

Disappointed, I ended up purchasing an iced frappuccino with a hint of earthy flavor, but they ran out of the bottles and could only offer me a mix of milk and water. The staff seemed confused and unable to find a suitable substitute. Overall, I was unsatisfied with the quality of the beverages served at this establishment.

The staff is fantastic, but the coffee is awful unless you prefer milkshakes. I would give 5 points for the ambiance and service, but only 1 point for the black coffee. Overall, I would rate this restaurant a 3 out of 5.
