Dunkin' - Rockaway

Typical dunkin donuts. clean and bright. friendly staff. great coffee.

This is one of my favorite DD locations. It's always clean and service is fast. They are pretty well consistent with making drinks and food. Employees are friendly and fast paced. Restrooms are kept clean and tidy. Parking is great out front and it's conveniently located in the mall loop.

The staff at this restaurant is excellent - they are friendly, fun, and make an effort to connect with customers and remember their orders.

I have to be honest, there's no need for me to review Dunkin' Donuts, now known simply as Dunkin. It's well-known that Dunkin is a great spot for coffee, donuts, and plenty of other options like breakfast burritos, sandwiches, and lunch items. Their donuts are fantastic, and their hot chocolate is one of the best I've ever had. America truly runs on Dunkin.

This location lacks attention to detail. I frequently order on my way to work and select the curbside option. They never bring it out. Instead they place my order in the walk in pickup cabinet. When I show them the receipt that they printed with curbside written in bold with the description on my car, they respond with oh sorry. If this option can not be supported here it needs to be removed. They also never get my order right although it's typed out on the receipt. So frustrating because this is the only dunkin around my job.
