Cinnabon - Rockaway

The stall was very clean, but the seating area in the food court left much to be desired. I ordered two churros with a side of dip, two regular cinnamon rolls, one frozen cinnamon-flavored iced coffee, and a selection of mini treats. Unfortunately, they forgot the churros and the dip. When I inquired about my order, I was directed to the pickup page, but my order was still incomplete! After a quick calculation, I realized that while I received what I paid for, I didn’t get everything I ordered. We found a table and enjoyed the minis, but it was quite dirty. I don’t understand why people don’t clean up after themselves. There were also many customers just sitting at tables without eating, which isn't the fault of Cinnabon. The shopping center should encourage those folks to leave if they’re not dining. I saved the cinnamon rolls for the next day, and they were as delicious as ever! Overall, when Cinnabon is there, it’s worth a visit, but don’t make a special trip if they aren’t.

I arrived today at 7:55 PM and found the restaurant completely closed, even though their website states that they close at 8 PM.

I really enjoy this Cinnabon. The young ladies who work here are very kind and always greet me with a smile when I come in for my coffee.

Very good food, but very poor service and rude also! I asked for Oreos cookies and creamy and she told me that we close at 6 but it was only 5:15 when I ordered, so I insisted, then she did it with a post without smile or say thank you, instead I said thank you for my request and even then she didn't say thank you!

Another place in Rockaway Mall , by food court you have the chance to taste the sweet
