Joe's is small but friendly. Nice place for locals. They have great smoked cocktails. My favorite so far is the Smoked Peach Mule. However I ordered an Old Fashioned last time I visited and it was pink.... very grainy. View all feedback.
The best little hidden in plain sight secret of Rock Springs!! The owner is amazing, and her employees are the absolute best. Please go see them have fun and get met with a big warm welcome!!!
Cool hidden gem! It's a teeny bar which is part of the charm. The staff and other customers were great to talk to. We'll definitely stop in again the next time we're passing through.
Decent enough, friendly staff, just stopped to get a 6 pack.
