Eve's - Rock Springs

I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The outdoor seating area offers a lovely view of the golf course, adding to the ambiance. The service was outstanding as well. The drinks were quite strong, which is likely a plus for most patrons. The food was excellent, featuring a delightful arugula salad, trout, and some incredibly tasty rhubarb ice cream. My only criticisms were regarding the fritters that accompanied the fish, which I found a bit dry, and the brown butter cake, which was a touch too sweet for my taste. However, these are minor issues compared to the overall quality, and I was truly impressed with how fresh everything tasted.

We had a delightful experience at this restaurant! Our waitress, Liz, was exceptional—very courteous and attentive. In fact, several other staff members came by to check on us multiple times, which was a nice touch. The food was fantastic! We started with the wedge salad, and I had the chicken while my husband enjoyed the filet; everything was excellent. Some of the vegetables are sourced locally, which is mentioned on the menu, and they tasted incredibly fresh. For dessert, we had the Huckleberry Crème Brûlée, which was truly remarkable. The coffee we ordered at the end was served in the cutest, most delicate creamer cup. Additionally, the views of the golf course enhanced our experience and made it even more memorable.

Overall, the restaurant is quite good. However, I was disappointed that there were no fish or vegetarian options available on the day we visited, as it was designated as "Burger Day." My falafel burger was enjoyable, and it was the only vegetarian option on the menu. The ribeye steak my boyfriend ordered was also good, but not outstanding. Despite this, we would still recommend the place.

Absolutely phonemal! Delicious food, friendly and effective service. Above all they locally source their food when/where possible (not necessary but definitely a huge plus). Wonderful depth of flavors for both new/unique dishes and classics. Great experience! Food was very reasonably priced for the portion size and quality you get. I'm excited for my next visit. Excellent Choice The wedge salad was amazing. Just the right amount of blue cheese, bacon and lettuce. The steak frittes was so tender I cut it with my fork. Excellent rub, glaze and cooked perfectly, just as I ordered. Impressed by the attention to detail since I love beautiful food. My husband's steak was perfectly seasoned and cooked exactly as he wanted. The salad was fun with the tasty herbs. Highly recommend. Love the atmosphere. The brunch is the best! Just had the eggs benedict.....perfection. Husband had pork belly....he can't eat to come back. So yummy.
