Custom service sucks today after a 30 min wait lady fixed my sandwich and proceeded to take another person order so I asked her to ring me up and let me go my lunch break is over she says we're busy right now I said yeah so ring me out and then she hung up my order and paid and she threw the receipt and thanked the other customer for being patient and that lady wasn't even waiting no way near as long as me but the ro... Just door dashed subway and they got one of my sandwiches completely wrong. they included the wrong chips and didn’t include either drinks we ordered. last time i ordered from them my sandwich was so drenched in sauce the meat fell right out and i couldn’t hold the sandwich without it falling apart. they also are hanging up my calls when i try and call this location.
I won 't be back . One visit help over whelmed . Very slow . Next visit . Only 1 kind of bread . No beef , ham , or bacon . The next visit . I had a cupon . When I got to checkout . The young lady said I saw you had a cupon but it isn 't good for that sandwich . Maybe should have brought that up before . I 'll try the one in Moline .
The guy working the a.m. shift today is an absolute beast of a customer service employee.Worked alone for 5 hours through lunch rush, and I watched him knock out 2 rushes 100% solo, all while staying cool and friendly, and simeoultaneously explaining to both pickups and walk-ins about being out of 2 of their popular meatsWhen someone finally made It in at 3pm to help him I didn't really hear much complaining out of him when he could've easily just started going off to his coworker about how busy a day it was and how he was alone. I worked in a similar shop for 11 years and that's what almost always happens, instant complaining. But nope, he just kept doing his work and friendly chatting with his coworker.If I had 3 wishes from this visit, they'd be that they weren't out of my favorite meats (not his fault, and probably not even the stores fault), that I had enough money to tip him $20, and that I had caught his name.Godspeed young man, and keep doin gods work ??Side note: ice machine was broken, that was a bit of bummer as well, but that's on ownership ?
