Holiday Inn Rock Island Quad Cities

The service and breakfast were outstanding! I ordered a breakfast burrito to go, and I couldn't be more pleased.

The food and coffee were incredible! Our service was outstanding, and the manager even came by to see how we were doing. I sampled some of Bennigan's dishes, and they were fantastic! We really appreciated our waitress. Since it's connected to the Holiday Inn, it took us a little time to find it at first. We ended up eating here for our entire stay!

This restaurant usually offers fantastic food with generous portion sizes. Unfortunately, my recent visit left much to be desired in terms of service. Our drinks were forgotten, we didn't receive any refills, and several staff members appeared more interested in chatting at the bar than serving customers. There were only three other guests and four staff members working that quiet afternoon. While I might consider giving this place another shot based solely on the food, my excitement has certainly diminished. I can easily pour my own drinks and avoid the trouble of leaving a 20% tip.

I had Lovey as my waitress, and she was incredibly attentive and friendly! She was one of the best servers I've ever had. The hostess was also wonderful and checked in with me at the end of the meal to ensure everything was satisfactory. I ordered the vegetables, and they were fantastic!

**Cons:** Water leaks leading to discoloration, and the refrigerator was not cold enough.
