Checkers - Rock Island

I've always talked about Checkers with my dad. He made a trip with my mom and me because we stopped eating there! He loves her burgers, spiced pommes and banana shakes!

The amount of mayonnaise put on these sandwiches is ridiculous. Makes everything soggy and a mess to eat. No one likes heaps of warm mayo, no one. Small fry wasnt even full.

New automated speaker and I hated it. Didn't even know how to order special items. Needs to go back to an actual person talking.

The People That Work Here and Including Manager Have been So Rude except for 1 time,Everytime they rush your order and completely cut you off asking is that all in a rude manner even when there slow,I ordered food for pickup because it's been yearsince I had it last because they are so rude so I decided to order and try to avoid there rude workers but I got there figuredok they have more people working so I go to walk up window because there were people ordering and a cat behind them,Well I hadbeen at the window no workers came over they seen me but just stood there they let th two cars order and served them and thencame to window and asked what I needed I told them I was there for pickup and my name,Git food right away and waiting a 2 to 3minutes for 2 small drinks then I get home I literally live 2 minutes away and My Food Is Saugy and Cold Anf Seemed like it hadbeen sitting for hours which probably has been sitting since Noon you know lunch rush hour which is disgusting especially when Ispent over 20 dollars on 2 meals and chicken box,Never will I get checkers again totally worthless I really hope they either goout of business or a new owner steps up and Gets more people that are more careless about there job and customer service,AndHopefully workers who care if people get fresh hot food, prices are way to high to be paying over 20 dollars for 3 people toget cold saugy food,I recommend never going to the 18th avenue checkers it's a waste of time and money and your food will bedisgusting also either my bread or lettuce or tomato one tastes really old.I believe we will all be sick tomorrow from the fewbites we all did take.DO NOT GO HERE BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE,VERY RUDE WORKERS,AND THE FOOD TASTES OLD COLD AND SAUGY

Should be 0 stars!!! It?s crazy how there employees no nothing about there new deals. Tried ordering the ne 7$ mix n match meal. The lady said they don?t have that and made me order something else. On top of the the next person right behind me ordered thesame 7$ meal and he got it. Very bad service!
