We were disappointed with our experience at the restaurant after waiting 30 minutes and spending $18. Our fries were cold, the chicken was stale, and the drinks were flat. It's frustrating that every aspect of our meal was unsatisfactory. Although I understand that many places are understaffed, the wait time was not the main issue for me. What was unacceptable was that even after waiting so long, our food was still cold. This was the third time I have eaten here recently and each visit has been disappointing. It seems like there are frequent shift changes at this restaurant.
The food at this restaurant was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days. A customer who came in from the drive-through requested a refund due to the cold food and their dissatisfaction. The front counter server shouted at the customer, but the manager dealt with the situation in a more professional manner. Overall, it was a horrible dining experience. I will definitely be avoiding Wendy's for a while.
