Slow service. Unfortunately, I was ignored by the barista as she caught up on window orders. I stood 11 minutes waiting on a mocha at the counter. Disappointing. Politeness can go a long way. View all feedback.
This review is based on cumulative experience at this Harris Teeter location...Basically the service flip flops...sometimes pretty good (like today), and then at other times, horribly slow. Also, I just hate the tight layout. It's just set up super-awkward. However, I do appreciate it being there.In the past I usually got the Matcha Lattes, but today I tried something new...Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade...and WOAH! It was SO good!! Also, very refreshing! I will say that the drink itself was very surprising...in that I expected it to be Orange (as in Mango)...but seemingly, the Dragonfruit overpowered both the taste and the look! In any case, think this may be my Go-To drink during warmer days...or when I'm super-thirsty. So glad I tried something new here!

Drive-thru line tends to be slow. The coffee tastes fine though.
The service sucks the drive thru sucks and you have to do a mobile order 30 minutes early. You sit in the drive thru for 30-45 minutes before you can even get to place an order if you don't do mobile. Go to Herlong or Cherry rd much faster and efficient! Only stop here if you have an hour to spend waiting on coffee!
Great service at this location, very friendly the lady that give me my ice pumkin coffee.
