Not sure why they only have 3 stars! Love this place; service is speedy and friendly, they have a great range of toppings/mix ins and offer light custard. They offer all flavors as concretes, sundaes, or shakes. Personally always a fan of the concrete. What User doesn't like about St. Louis Frozen Custard Factory:
Very disappointing trip. Lots has changed in the past few years. A custard with lackluster flavor, there was no care put into preparing the Sundaes or the concrete. I spent $23 on four small custard's and very small cups. I could've spent the same amount at Andy's and gotten twice as much. Or I could've gone to the grocery store and bought 5 gallons of ice cream for what I paid for this custard that was not worth it.... View all feedback.
Not worth it. Go to Andy's, the Custard is better and the prices are the same or cheaper.
Prices are high for a cuddly place that is moderate. there are better decisions.
Excellent, really enjoyed my mint chocolate chip concrete. I'll be back soon!
The ice is very good, but it is always underused and is always a 20-25 minutes waiting for each pick-up (even worse when you go up to the window)
