What User doesn't like about Smoothie King:
I have been to this restaurant three times after working out and each time my order was wrong. I simply asked for no whipped cream, and still received it on my apple juice. Furthermore, they made an error when I informed them of my appointment. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. View all feedback.

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Aaron at the restaurant. Both Aaron and the young lady at the register had the sweetest personalities and provided excellent service.

I absolutely love Smoothie King, it's my favorite! But that's not the focus of this review. I visited the restaurant around 2 o'clock and saw a young lady making smoothies and a young man working the register. There were about 25 customers waiting for their orders or smoothies. Throughout the 30 minutes I waited, I observed the young lady working tirelessly, thanking everyone and apologizing for the wait. The young man, who was only 3 days into his new job, stepped up to help her in any way he could. It was truly refreshing to see their teamwork in action. I also found out that three of their team members had called out that day. As someone in talent acquisition, I understand how challenging the labor market can be, so I urge the management to keep these two employees on staff - they are absolute gems!
