Mcalister's Deli - Rock Hill

I love it! The staff is very friendly and constantly check in to make sure everything is perfect and refill their amazing sweet tea. I can't wait to dine here again with my friends.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit to this restaurant. I had a negative experience years ago that left a bad taste in my mouth, but this time I decided to give it another chance. I ordered a sandwich and a side, and although it was a simple meal, it was really delicious. I may have to come back and try more dishes next time.

Due to the pandemic, they were not open for dine-in service, but I still enjoyed their great food and excellent customer service. I brought my late mother there once a week, and the staff was always friendly and welcoming towards her. The dining room is spacious and they also offer curbside pickup.

The quality and service is now terrible for online ordering. in the last 5 orders had 4 missing items. How can I order nachos and it can't come with cheese, just chips? my package came with only 1 slice sink, 1 piece salat and 1 piece speck. I don't exaggerate. that is exactly the number of discs and pieces. there were more brot out of the packaging than actual content.

The chicken sandwich was great. Business lunch, so I talked more than I ate. I took half the meal home and my wife enjoyed the rest.
