The bacon added a nice touch, but overall, the flavor still reminded me of a hamburger. On the bright side, the mashed potatoes were delicious!

We started with the Baked Feta: fresh herbs, roasted tomato, Kalamazoo olives with flatbread crackers and house focaccia. Great combination of flavors and while thebread was delicious, their flatbread is amazing! I had the Alderwood Salmon with swirled potato purée, forest mushroom cream,julienne snow peas and crispy shalotts. Fantastic twist on salmon and was just as good the next day when I cooked my leftoversstove top. My husband had the Steak Potato: seared hangar steak, swirled potato purée, crab Brie butter, lemon Chileblistered snow peas. Steak was cooked to perfection and was a great combination of flavors. For dessert we had their take onWhipped Key Lime: gramma cracker crumble, torched vanilla meringue and brûlées lime sugar. If you like key lime pie, you haveto try theirs. It was amazingly good. Not too tart and the torched vanilla meringue was a nice addition to the flavors. Wewill definitely be back, especially when we have out of town guests!
