Ichiro Rock Hill

This was my first time at this restaurant. I ordered the hibachi salmon with an extra side of cabbage, but I was surprised to see a $0.50 fee for ordering online, which seemed excessive to me. Unfortunately, the salmon was hidden beneath the vegetables and wasn't fully cooked, so I ended up just eating the veggies. I left the rice, carrots, and the half-cooked salmon untouched. I won’t be coming back again.

This is definitely one of the best Japanese restaurants in Rock Hill! The service is quick and the place is clean. The portions are generous enough to serve two people, and the waiter even mentioned that I could get a discount by showing my student card.

Update 9/14: I'm now giving this place five stars! If you go after 6 PM during dinner hours, it's definitely the best hibachi in Rock Hill. The food was hot, quick, and fresh. Was it a gourmet experience? Not really! But it surpasses any fast food option on Cherry Road. Great spot for a quick meal!

Family gatherings, kids are excited to see food like this, their first time trying Sushi, they love it, we had a great experience, and I think we'll always love it here.

I got the hibatchi shrimp with mushroom and shrimp tempura roll. This was my first time trying sushi, but I wasn?t impressed. That isn?t effecting my review though. I may just not be a sushi person. The shrimp sauce was the worst I?ve ever had. It tastes like weird ranch. The rice didn?t have a fried rice flavor- it tasted like plain white rice. Mushrooms were hardly cooked. There was no flavor or hibatchi taste on the shrimp. They do give you large portions. It?s too much to
