Food and prices were great, service was great! We love the sushi chef Frankie and his wife Ivy are amazing. Ask them when you go. The Hibachi is fun! You take reservations for 6 or more, but you cannot sit at hibachi until your entire party is present, so everyone should come at the same time. They're always packed! The food is amazing and the staff is always so nice and helpful! The shows are funny the Hibachi table... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fuji Japan:
Very disappointed in the quality of food here. $17 for a dinner included half a container of rice, a chicken filet that lacked flavor, some broth, and a container of browned lettuce with 1/2 of a cherry tomato that (they call it a salad). This is the worst Japanese restaurant I 've been to. View all feedback.
Went here for a work meeting, the food was great, very flavorful and large portions. Definitely recommend this spot 5/5
This restaurant is quite good; it is very clean and well-kept. Parking was adequate for full-size pickup trucks in both the front and back. When I arrived for lunch, I ordered some edamame to share as an appetizer, the Caribbean roll, and the chicken hibachi. The Edamame was typical, a little under salted for my tastes, but still tasty. The sushi was delicious. It was a shrimp tempura roll wrapped in soy paper with crab, avocado, banana and topped Eel sauce; very delicious. The hibachi was good. The lunch portion was adequate for lunch, and for chicken hibachi will cost around $10. The hibachi meal was well-seasoned and paired well with the vegetables. Some of the rice was undercooked but not crunchy. Overall, a positive experience; we will return for sushi because the Caribbean roll was excellent.
Today was my first day with my family and there it was great service was on point. The hibachi was fun and entertaining. The food was phenomenal the taste of the texture. I had chicken and salmon with noodles and vegetables. It was awesome I will go again definitelyVegetarian options: So much vegetarian options if you like all the veggiesKid-friendliness: Very entertaining for the kids, family friendlyParking: The parking is not bad at all. There is more than enough for everyone.Wheelchair accessibility: Is it very comfortable for someone who’s in a wheelchair? There’s a lot of space and move it.
We enjoyed ourselves at this Hibachi restaurant. The chef was engaging and the staff was super friendly. Although I’ve seen all of the tricks he performed, it was funny to see my grandson’s reaction. Each of us received a lot of food. It wasn’t until after I ordered that I noticed they have an option to share for only $10.99. I will definitely choose that next time. I gave only 4 stars because when I took a bite of the appetizer shrimp, it was foul tasting. I immediately had to spit it out. Thankfully, I ate it last. It would have ruined the entire experience had I eaten it first. The rest of the meal was good. The vegetables were cooked just like I like them. The rice was good but I’ve had better. Maybe he didn’t put enough butter in it. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves and the meal.
This has been our favorite hibachi for years now. We’ve gone to other Hibachi places while on vacation and it’s never quite as good as Fuji. All of the chefs we’ve had are skilled and personable. We really like almost each one we’ve had. Everyone we’ve talked to is very nice and it’s just a well run place with really great food.Food: 5/5
