This Dunkin’ Donuts is an absolute disgrace!! Waited on a drive thru line for over an hour!! Employees ignored me at the window and wouldn’t even acknowledge me! Once someone came to the drive thru window my entire order was wrong and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for it to be fixed. This establishment doesn’t even deserve 1 star. VERY slow service. I ordered a caramel latte with two pumps of caramel. I received a pumpkin spice latte with vanilla and cinnamon. They clearly mixed up my order with someone else’s. I drive back to have it corrected and she has an attitude about it. I take a sip and at first I can taste the caramel but on the bottom is all cinnamon. She didn’t even change the cup. Luckily I’m not my cousin who is HIGHLY allergic to cinnamon and would have been in the ER due to their mistake and laziness. Unbelievable. The whole process took 40 minutes!! They are known for being slow. I like how nice they are to my dog but they usually mess stuff up. This was the final straw. I will not return and I live 10 minutes away.
