Applebee's Grill - Rock Hill

Ordered car side to go on the app. After 15 min of waiting at the car side to go, we went inside to get it. We paid a hefty tip because it was car side. The food was incorrect and ICE COLD. Won't ever go back. What a waste of time and money. No one cares who works there, this place should just close down.

Very short staffed, nor busy at all. We had 1 server for 15 people which is ok if they are efficient. She had no other tables when we first arrived. It took 2 1/2 hours from the time we arrived until we walked out the door! The food was mediocre at best.

I stopped by Applebee's tonight with my family. We ordered an appetizer, and it was not even warm. My son ordered the double neighborhood burger. To my surprise, it was 1 burger patty cut in half. Only filled half the bun. Sent back and got something else. I ordered bourbon street chicken with shrimp and garlic mashed potatoes. When it came out it was swimming in grease, and I had loaded mashed potatoes, which I didn't want. I tried to eat it but couldn't. The onion rings my husband ordered was hard. I don't think we will ne going back.

Thank you to the owners Staff for making Veterans feel appreciated welcome. I had the 6 ounce sirloin wit broccoli mashed potatoes. It was really good it was free! TY for supporting Veterans!

The lady who sat us was very rude she said (before we could get a word out) you are going to need to be patient both confused we just said okay? And sat down she told us our server was going to be a minute then brought us menus. What a woman...smh. Thank God our server was MUCH more polite. She came over and explained everything with a positive attitude and took our orders. Good job! She literally turned the entire experience into something completely unexpected from when we initially came in... I mean the attitudes literally went from wanting to leave and just saying forget it to staying for dessert because our server was a just honest and sweet about it.
