We visited this restaurant to inquire about pricing for a 2-tier animal-themed cake and 200 donuts for a donut wall for our event. The owner mentioned he would call us back to schedule a consultation, but he never did. When we visited the store, it took 15 minutes for him to even acknowledge us and speak to us, despite us being the only customers there. The customer service was extremely poor and I'm unsure how they are ranked as number one when my experience was the worst.

We visited this restaurant to inquire about the pricing for a two-tier wedding cake and 200 donuts for a donut wall for our wedding. The owner assured us that he could definitely accommodate our request and said he would get back to us with a quote. However, we have yet to receive a call back from him. We visited the store in March and it is now July. It took him 15 minutes to even acknowledge us and speak to us, despite walking by us multiple times. I am puzzled as to how they were voted the number one restaurant when the customer service we received was the worst I have ever experienced.
