Casey's
Description
At this roadside convenience, frequent travelers and truckers often find spotty service, dirty restrooms, and inconsistent food offerings. Staffing shortages create long lines despite multiple registers, while management appears disengaged. Fuel pumps and warm, ready-made meals are unreliable, signage is missing, and in-store decor feels neglected. Small bright spots—occasionally friendly cash interactions—don’t offset the overall unprofessional, noisy atmosphere. Improvements in cleanliness, staffing, and food preparation are urgently needed.

Bought lottery tickets here and had some winners. Tried to bring them back in and I was told that the scanner was down. Tried to cash them in a couple other places and I was told that the book of lottery tickets was not properly registered at the store. I was told to call the store and they would just have to activate the book and then it would work. I am from out of town so I called and tried to explain this to them. Whats the point of being open 24hrs a day if there is no doughnuts made or any breakfast made! Early birds will have to go to work hungry i guess! What a joke.
This Casey's has several issues, it seems like their pumps are always down or some other problems going on. I think it is ridiculous that they completely shut the pumps down at a certain time at night so nobody can fill up. Several times I've been in there and looking to get lunch and they are not prepared for the lunch hour and nothing will be ready or made. This place need some serious improvement
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. There was hardly any food available, and the warmers were empty. The staff seemed more interested in standing around than helping the long line of customers. Unfortunately, the workers were also quite rude. If the bathrooms are “closed for cleaning” when you walk in, be prepared for everything you touch to have a strong smell of bleach. It might be quicker to walk into the cooler and stock it yourself! Additionally, the employees should know their store number and use the mute button when passing the phone to someone else. Good customer service should not involve passing off a call with comments like, “This lady wants the store number, here’s the number…”
