Pasha Kebab - Rochford

I ordered in person at the restaurant and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. Since I live close by, I decided to go home and come back. However, when I returned after 20 minutes, I ended up waiting an additional 40 minutes. I was not impressed with the service.

The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. Not only did it take an hour and a half for the food to arrive, but when it did, it was cold and very minimal. The delivery person was talking on the phone while also overcharging me by £15.00. The staff were extremely rude. When I called to complain about being overcharged and the poor quality of the food, the person on the other end of the line said they were too busy to deal with my complaint and that I would have to call back later. We used to order from Pasha's regularly, but after this experience, we will definitely not be ordering from them again. I would advise people to double-check their bill when paying.

We placed an order at Pasha saturday night at 5.45pm as we had our family visiting us. We were told our order would be delivered 45 mins to an hour, our meal was delivered to us at 8.05 pm. We tried phoning pasha several times to try and check exactly what time our meal was going to be delivered but the phone was constantly engaged. We asked for one of the salads to be just lettuce and tomato.(which we did not get When our order eventually arrived it was cold. The delivery man said one of there drivers had not turned up for work . They ask for your phone no so they could have phoned us and told us it was going to take 2 hours 20 mins or even asked if we wanted to collect it. If they cannot deliver when they say they will don't keep taking orders. Ourselves and our family were very dissapointed. Pasha totally let us down.

Nice and massive chips, tasty, not greasy. The chicken fillet burger was the best burger i've ever had and has nice batter coating it, a thick chicken breast instead of being ripped off with reshaped meat!

Kebab was very very good, delivered very hot. Later in the week we had a party and ordered good for nine people, delivered with two free bottles of pop, we all enjoyed I Very much but kept the pop to another day and drank wine instead!!
