Anne Boleyn - Rochford

We visited this restaurant as a family last month, and everyone agreed it’s the best Hungry Horse we’ve been to (and we’ve been to quite a few!). The staff were extremely friendly, and our order arrived without any mistakes. The service was impressively quick, and the food was hot and served all at once, even with a large group. We will definitely return—it's a must-visit for great family dining when in Southend!

We just returned to the Anne Boleyn. Another amazing experience. The new landlord gave the pub a sense of fun. Love it. What a well-run pub. The atmosphere was excellent, the food was amazing and Claire offered 5 star service. Can't wait to return

I had an excellent experience at this pub, particularly thanks to Sacha at the bar, who provided outstanding service. The establishment was very clean, and the menu was easy to read. I ordered the Sunday roast, and I must say it was a solid 10/10 for standard meal sizes, which we found to be quite sufficient. They also offer larger portions if needed. Given the affordable prices and attentive staff, I will definitely be returning. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Come here with my partner. Had a nice meal. Steak was perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly. Sa in the garden for a few drinks. Can wait to come back. Our date night is very pleasant.

I lived nearby for 22 years, but it wasn't until I moved away that I finally returned to dine here. The restaurant is lovely—clean, airy, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. I can't believe I waited so long to come back!
