I recently visited a fantastic local coffee shop that has been renovated and now has a modern and contemporary look. They offer a great selection of vegan options, with clearly displayed menus. The sandwiches and paninis are made fresh to order. I tried the Christmas and White flour beacon panini with vegan sausages, filling, and cranberry sauce. It was incredibly filling and the sausages were of high quality. The staff were really friendly and helpful, making sure to use vegan butter and take precautions to prevent cross-contamination. I was very impressed and can't wait to go back!
