What Steven Fertel doesn't like about Patty Shack:
This is not the same Patty Shack as the one 3-4 months ago. They are clearly under new management. The burger quality has declined significantly. What used to be a quality meat burger is now a burger of a lower quality. The roll has been replaced with a much lower quality roll. Food is really good and service is also greatThe fries have great seasoningThe only complaint I have is the chairs inside while light weight and easy to move are super uncomfortable and if you are 50-60 pounds overweight are a tad tight and the metal is not very comfortable at all and hurt to sit inI’m still giving a 5 star review because the food is what is important and I will eat here again View all feedback.
