Food and service are good. I purchased some raw veggies today I hope they understand that they must be washed before you cut them up. September 18th I ordered some he boneless wings they were very disappointing this time because they used chicken thighs instead of chicken breast meat there is a big difference in taste he taste and I’m not happy with it. What Matt Pierson doesn't like about Wing Snob:
The wings were on par with BBW, the sauces are pretty good. I think they would do better focusing on just the wings. All the other stuff is kinda too much. Not a bad place, but wouldn’t drive out of my way for it. View all feedback.
I’ve been here many times without issue and have spoken highly of the food and service. Today wasn’t good. Can’t get all flats on Tuesdays? First time I’ve heard that. A cup for ice water is $3? Almost walked out from the poor attitude that came with the order. Very Disappointing.
This is the best wing place in the state!!! Great food and reception every time.
This was my 3rd visit to a Wing Snob in the last few weeks. The first 2 visits were to the Sterling Heights location. I've reviewed my experience there already.I actually got the same meal I got the first time I visited the Sterling Heights location. 10 Wing Meal with seasoned fries. For sauces I got Lemon Pepper and Hot AF. While I absolutely loved my first experience with these flavors, today was a different story. The Lemon Pepper didn't taste of Lemon or Pepper. In fact the only thing it tasted like was butter. Very disappointing. With the sauce being flavorless the chicken wing flavor stood out. Something was off. Not sure if it was a freezer burn taste, or bad oil. It just wasn't quite right. The Hot AF was such a great sauce the first time I had. This time they absolutely submerged the wings in the sauce. It made for an extremely hot flavor but made the wings soggy and nothing like I had the first time.So I'm not sure if its just a bad experience, or a lack of consistency between restuarants. I was very bummed out about this meal. If I eat Wing Snob again I will go back to the Sterling Heights location.UPDATE; I've had a chance to eat at the Rochester Hills location a few times since this review and wanted to say the service and food quality has gotten better and is now no different than the Sterling Heights location. I'd recommend this location as the food is fantastic.
The lemon pepper, Buffalo and garlic parmesan are gas! Angel was friendly and helpful.
