Tim Hortons - Rochester Hills

The service is horrible, and they don't care about anything. They kept trying different cards. They told me it's declined, and I showed them that each card got charged, and they could not do anything to be refunded. They told me to call my bank , and they did not even open the lobby

I frequent Tim Hortons and prefer this one as the food quality is much fresher, however the staff is typically pretty rude every time I come. They seem rushed and have an attitude.
