Chipotle Mexican Grill

Very dirty, staff not paying attention to the order. Sitting area also very dirty and not kept clean. Food on floor and on tables. Food containers and surface of table where food is served very dirty. This comes with training and paying attention to detail. Sad to see Chipotle standards have gone down. Eventually it will result in sales going down, impact is typically felt a year later. I wish u guys good luck and hopefully u can turn it around.

The WORST restaurant, particularly because of the non-existent customer service from the employees that work there. We went to ask a question about our online order and the minute we approached the counter, one of the employees acted as if we were dumb and couldn’t read the 10+ signs about ordering posted all over the store. The employee automatically assumed we were going to try to order inside and told us it was online ordering only. They didn’t give us a chance to ask what we may have even needed first, which was strike one. We told the employee that we had already placed an online order (over an hour ago), but they told us to check the shelf for our name. Eventually, we found out our order had ended up being taken from the shelf by another person, which was strike two. We had waited around for our missing order only to find out that they also couldn’t even remake it for us (ran out of some of the ingredients), which was strike 3. Strike 3 and we were done and out. We were given a general customer service number to call since the employees couldn’t even bother to help us in the store to refund the order. The employees are always rude every time we’ve gone, but this time was the very last strike. We took our business elsewhere and will NEVER be coming back...

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Never again. Standing in line at 7p the guy yells out we out of lettice and peppers. I get to the counter and the food prep area is horribly dirty. There were like 5-6 people working in the front of the place. I had to ask the guy for a tray to carry my food to the table. The beverage area was dirty, no utensils, no hot sauce, hardly any napkins. Trash was over flowing onto the floor, trash outside was full and blowing around the parking lot. Tables outside and inside were dirty. Never again. I have worked as a cook, server and bartender at 7 restaurants and I could only imagine how dirty it was in the back if the front of the place was that bad. I remember when this store opened in about 2007 and I loved it. I wrote a good review then but after yesterday, I deleted it.

Great place, Great location, I’m a regular who comes in weekly to get a bowl and I tried the new Al Pastor chicken and it’s amazing, it taste very authentic and this has to be their best meat of all time, I’ve never had a problem with this location, they’re always hooking us up and the food always taste amazing, not sure why there is so many negative reviews because in the several years I’ve been going there I’ve never had a issue with their food or service ever! Keep it up guys!
