Burger King - Rochester Hills

We won’t ever be back to this BK on Rochester Rd. 126865 I was missing food and said the order wasn’t right . The Manager older Man told me to shut up! My daughter is special need and just gratuated TODAY goes to this BK and got her special day ruined

Finally able to eat inside a fast food restaurant. Always love the burgers. Only drawback is they could of provided napkins and mustard and ketchup.

Saw someone drop a paper on the floor, pick it up, not change his gloves, and continue to make food with dirty floor gloves. Sandwich was made incorrectly, asked for no tomatoes and it had them. Didn't even include the other customized stuff on it, like they just made it normally. My girlfriend's allergic to tomatoes. They even said the bag had napkins and straws... it did not. Took 4 different people to acknowledge her at the counter to get help.

Like most of us these days, I usually just hit the drive thru. Decided to go in this time. Hash brown bites were very bitter, which means their oil is old. Visited the restroom before I left. Disgusting. Take a look at the sink. This was 8am. Obviously wasn't cleaned in the morning or the last 5 days.

As tasty as ever. They should revise the app. Tried to use 2 digital coupons but app needs 1hr wait. I would have bought more.
