hans chefs and cooks are better prepared for than somewhere I tried in the world. her general tofu is baked to perfection, the crumble and texture of the tofu are on par with fried chicken. almost all their dishes can be made vegan or vegetarian with perfectly prepared tofu. many of the appetizers are already vegan and vegetarian, including the excellent skorallion pfannkuchen, sweet spring rolls and daikon radishes.... What Sydney T doesn't like about Han Noodle:
Disappointed. I was exhausted and famished, and for $25, I thought the pad thai and spring rolls would hit the spot. Unfortunately, both rolls were torn open and the sauce was overly oily and greasy. The pad thai had a gritty texture, tasting like sand. I hate not finishing my food, but this meal felt like it was made with Durand Eastman as the main ingredient. View all feedback.

I can't say enough about how amazing and vegan friendly eating this is here!
Vegan articles were not marked on the menu, but they were very courteous and I was told that most articles could be made vegan and the vegetarian part of the menu had a variety of choices. unfortunately the rolls (the exciting sound) and the early rolls could not be
Love the tofu and the black bohnensauce. friendly staff and fast service. it is a very lively place, but always excellent service.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at this restaurant and would definitely return. Parking can be a bit difficult and they only offer take-out, at least during my visit. As a first-time patron, I was unsure of what to order and decided on a spicy chicken dish that resembled a spicier version of General Tso's chicken. Although it was a dry rub with no sauce, it was delicious. I plan on trying a noodle dish next time, as noodles are a specialty. This has been the best Asian cuisine I have had in Rochester so far. As a newcomer to the area, finding good Asian food has been a challenge. I appreciated that everything was cooked to order and very fresh. I was impressed to see the chef chopping vegetables as he cooked, ensuring the ingredients were freshly prepared. The only reason I have not returned is due to the limited parking and the distance from my home, making it challenging to bring the food back while still hot. Despite these challenges, I recommend this restaurant.
Man, I hove Han Noodle! Nothing from their menu disappoints. I can't wait for them to have sit-down again, but takeout does for now. Personally a big fan of their pork dumplings. The bao are very good, too. I often add extra veggies to whatever I order. A good spot for vegetarian options!
