Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rochester

I was impressed by the different options of the menu. The salads look pretty good. I order the salty caramel smoothie and it was Yummy. The place was clean. It took a little to get our 4 big smoothies, but we forgot about the long waiting period because every single smoothie was delicious.

We love this location the smoothies are delicious and the staff is friendly and efficient. I wanted to make a suggestion to the owner: teaching/strengthen your employees to solve problems. It's a viability. It's Sunday morning. They're made of bananas. Bananas are an important element for many of your smoothie products. There are THREE employees in service. On Sunday morning there are no tons of traffic. (In fact, a team member is on the phone. There's a Kroger ONE MILE AWAY. (Bananas costs $0.39 $0.59 How could your staff solve problem?

I had a smoothie and a quesidilla. The smoothie didn't mix my supplements well enough, but I know they have new employees, so don't let you come from here. These guys do a great job and I will normally get my items done before my order period, which is specified when I send my order.

I love their smoothies. I've been here dozens of times and have always been happy with my order.

Last time my flatbread was cold with cold chicken, this time I got a turkey bacon sandwich and they did not even put the bacon on it. This has happened with the flatbreads in the past as well. Seems they rush often times and every time the same girl makes my food I know it will be wrong. Also she presents a poor attitude about her job. The guy ahead of me had to have his whole order refunded because it was all wrong. I am sure they will not respond to this review though because they never do.
