The Vesper - Rochester

We're happy tonight! we came without reservation (I suggest that they make one, this place is amazing and packed! we're making a good one. the hostess was so courteous and adapted us where they had a cancellation! perfect timing! the service was in front of location, beyond and beyond. the hostess who sat us also served us and she was magical! their drinks suggestions were delicious and their service was fast and attentive, they always appeared to the perfect times! the food was delicious! with the open kitchen you get to see the kitchen staff a wonderful time during the creation of their meal and it really shows in the meals that came out. we ordered 3 apps, the fries, grilled cheeses and the glass of the pickel. all were amazing. these pickles. dang! our meals were also delicious, the captivating stone was fresh and creamy, the braided short nativity was simply dazzled by the bone and the kartomas that they were paired with *cooked kiss* were thanked many that they received us and so friendly and friendly!

The outside of vesper is very underestimated, but as soon as they go to the restaurant, it says, have personality. they go in and immediately see a bar area with chalk menus that hear their beers. we had three people to eat. the server was good. my wife and daughter had the vesper burger. it is very shaken. both loved the baked on the burger. I ate the Cuban sandwich that was longed. it came with Yucca frits. I like to try different things and I'm glad I tried them. I really enjoyed the oktoberfest beer. her special drink menu looked funny.

It was great. another quality restaurant for a date night; trendy, but not pretentious, differentiated, but not excessive, so it does not lose its interest in a second (or third visit). I splurgitized and went for the trust fund. a hommage to the gen Z-Foodie-Crew, who undoubtedly kick out of spending half a day on an over-the-top assizer! (I did that)? see the photo. also the name makers martini, naturally shaken. my guests and my meals were fun and delicious. try it!

The atmosphere was very good together, had a land industrial look mixed with a city-bare feeling! the drinks were very good, and the food was perfectly cooked!

Came here 2 Thursdays ago and ordered 50 raw oysters. Came again last Thursday and ordered 100. $1 oysters on Thursdays!!! Probably my favorite dinner of all time. Every single dish we’ve tried looks impeccable and tastes fantastic, and the daily desserts are just absolute perfection. The cheesecake in particular was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of cheesecakes. There is so much personality in every dish, and the staff are all amazing. By far the best restaurant we’ve tried in Rochester.
