(Winter 2022) CORSO is the Italian genre bar and restaurant on the main floor of the Hyatt Regency Rochester, New York USA. They serve mixed drinks, cocktails, and many beers from local breweries. Scan the provided QR code for kitchen selections and food menu. The serving staff is friendly and courteous; always service with a smile. It’s a good place to refresh yourself after work. The kitchen for meals usually closes near 10:00 PM. Hotel room service and take out is available from the dinner menu. You might occasionally hear music or dancing from a special event downstairs. Enjoy good food. Make or bring a friend at CORSO! Please remember to tip your server generously. Enjoy!.

Just ate here because I was staying in the hotel and needed convenience. Had the southern chicken sandwich. It was absolutely tasteless. That's not hyperbole and I haven't lost my sense of taste due to covid. The sandwich literally had no taste. The fries were marginal Iced tea was good, but that's hard to mess up.

Bartender is nothing but rude and the menu is absolutely average at best. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
My family and I have dined at Corso multiple times and I can say that both the waitstaff and the manager at Corso are great people. Service is always friendly and the manager is always there to greet you with a warm and friendly smile each morning. We look forward to coming back again. Excellent experience and top-notch customer service. Thank you!
Tasteless food cooked with little to no skill or passion. Even waitress admitted that they need a new chef. 1 star is a gift...
