Thali Of India - Rochester

I had an amazing experience at the lunch buffet, which featured numerous clearly marked vegan options! They even made roti for me without butter or ghee. I had previously ordered from the menu, and it was fantastic—this was before the pandemic. They even had a talented musician performing beautiful instrumental music live in the evenings!

My friend and I love dining at Thali of Indien so much that we rarely go to other restaurants! The buffet always features a variety of delicious dishes, including at least 4 or 5 vegan options, along with some vegetarian choices. Additionally, there’s a dedicated vegetarian section on the menu, and most dishes can be made vegan upon request! I would give it 5 stars if I could!

The food here is the freshest and most delicious I've ever had. The tea is refreshing! The atmosphere is made even better by the wonderful people. The owner is warm and personable, and the staff is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. Fantastic food!!!

I had a lot of Indian food in my life. But that was by far the best I ever had. I loved people and service. I am from Indiana and if I ever return to Rochester, NY, Thali from India will certainly be my place. Please try Thali from India. And I'm sure you'll be amazed.

Delicious food and a great buffet! Clean environment and has many vegetarian varieties! Definitely recommend to anyone who loves Indian food!
