Subway - Rochester

Waited while a hired one drawer counted and the hired me and another customer did not notice until the other customer had told them about the waiting time of customers. I asked for a well drink was said they had only something cooler. it could be more convenient if the employees put a sign that not in service. and my change for my order was $8.13, the hired asked me if I wanted to my coins, I said yes and I only got $8.10 of my change owed me. and I didn't even get an acknowledgement for food I ordered.

It's a subway. Staff was very nice. Cool name too, Phoenix.

Worst subway visit ever. I go in on lunch break and this ladys making sandwiches, she says give her a minute she has a couple subs to make 15min later im still standing there. Instead of focusing on whos standing in front of her she kept making a line wait. I left and went to McDonald's so sad.

Gross! this location has really gone downhill over the past few years and I was so grossed out by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the employees that I just walked out....this part of ridge rd is starting to turn into the worst part of the city.....Avoid this Subway, the Walgreens across the street and anything else along the Hudson to Goodman stretch of east ridge rd.

My experience was coolHad to keep reminding the server too change her gloves bcuz I DNT eat meat at all and when I placed my order for my veggie sub the server was trying to make about three other ones that consist of meat.Word of advise:That was definitely disturbing for meIf you are the server and the customer order a veggies subThe server shud only be focus on making that one particular sub because the customer cud b allergic to meat the reason for the veggie
