"This is my favorite place! The baristas always get my usual order just right. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is incredibly friendly, always going the extra mile for their customers. Whether you prefer a quiet meeting inside or outside, both options are great. Dining outdoors in the summer is a wonderful experience. The place has been completely renovated and is super clean. During my time in Rochester, this has been my top choice! I aim to help others find the quality they deserve, and I hope my reviews guide people toward having excellent experiences at this restaurant. As someone new to Rochester, I find this spot essential for those hectic days when things seem to go wrong. Don't rush; take a moment to appreciate this gem!".

If I could give this place less than one star, I definitely would. Every time I go to pick up a mobile order, the doors are locked, which makes everything take longer than it should. It’s really frustrating because I expect my mobile order to be ready when I arrive. View all feedback.

One of the nicer starbucks I've been to. Very clean and nice staff. Only problem is sometimes having to wait.
Everyone is always so cheerful and efficient at this Starbucks! The parking lot is a little tough to navigate though.
The staff was friendly and professional. Their Matcha Green Tea Latte is great.
Walk in. Ordered and paid for 2 medium pikes place. Got small. Waited 15 mins for basic coffee. Got another part of the order wrong also. This place sucks for walk ins. BTW only 2 in drive in. Online orders are ruining real in person service.
