What User doesn't like about Royal Park:
more than $100 in cash fees added to my account that we do not cause. after numerous discussions with hotel management they were not resolved. management is rude and unapologetic. there were safety concerns. there was an out of control high time, my wife had to go a gauntlet of grunting and screaming mülleimer to the elevators. her friend went out in the snow, instead of going through the back entrance to the hotel a... More than $100 in cash fees added to my account that we do not cause. after numerous discussions with hotel management they were not resolved. management is rude and unapologetic. there were safety concerns. there was an out of control high time, my wife had to go a gauntlet of grunting and screaming mülleimer to the elevators. her friend went out in the snow, instead of going through the back entrance to the hotel and carrying it. (there was no parking space in front). the people ran all night through the halls. security was not present or party with the high time. the royal park is not safe, especially for women traveling. it used to be a very nice hotel, but under the current administration it is terrible. do not let them fool them, it is not the place it was earlier.
Make sure you check in early at this hotel! I arrived before 7 pm after a long day of travel and busy meeting and was told the hotel was oversold and there was no room for me. I was shocked to be treated this way by a luxury hotel. I thought only airlines treated customers this poorly. They booked me in a 3 star business hotel much further from my office and sent me on my way. When I asked them to cover my dinner as a gesture of goodwill given the inconvenience they caused they refused. Even the airlines give you a meal voucher! Shocked and disappointed that this luxury hotel treats a returning customer worse than a budget airline. Be warned! You may get kicked to the curb as well.
This hotel was very nice. People at the front desk and the people who were working in the hotel to clean rooms were all very friendly and willing to help out in any way they could. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean and they actually give enough towels lol

I liked my granatapfel martini but will try another time. small at the sweeter end! the whole ambiente was fantastic!
Excellent service at the front desk. I went there to create a surprise reservation for my daughter. Front desk agent, Azad, was very professional and made me feel like a family member while assisting me. Also, great atmosphere with nice chandeliers.
