so a beautiful place. there is a separate room with a cozy fireplace! eating is excellent and the staff is really friendly. pull a chair high and enjoy the people watching through the whole glass; look at the pitsford plaza walkway, watch the world rushing hither and yon while they are a little hot and lush. I love the place and eat it or at least used to it. since covid, the personal turnover is constant, and the quality of service has drastically decreased. I went there every week, sometimes twice a week, but during the covid I testify to two things that I do not abhor. I love this place the food is awesome. It's healthy but not grossly healthy but you can get so much here and you can get beer and wine as well it's really a fun good place to eat definitely recommend
We arrived around noon and did not have to wait in line at all. The food arrived hot and it did not take very long to have it arrive. I opted for water and there was fruit infused water available at no cost. I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my visit.
Out for appointments and needed lunch. Needed to stop at Trader Joe's and this place is basically next door. A little spendy, but the berry smoothies $8.5) and Cuban sandwich $13) were good. I'm surprised the sandwich wasn't pressed at all... KIND OF IMPORTANT with a Cuban sandwich. Definitely a better option vs Panera or other big national chains.
Root 31 is my go-to lunch location. The staff are always very friendly, service is quick, and the food is delicious.
