Contribute FeedbackAlthough there were some mixed reviews, this restaurant seems to excel in their pizza offerings. However, their wings received some negative feedback. Customers were divided on the square-cut pizza style, but overall, the food was found to be delicious. The Lake Ave location did not meet one person's expectations, but another recommended it over other pizza places in Rochester. The staff was noted to be friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive dining experience at this Pontillo's location.
Order by Slice App. Large special with wings and additional 5pc wings As we see, get a medium and right wing. Pontillo's lookout for the command gave her error and had sent an additional medium within 30 minutes. Very apologetic. Pizza and wings were great. We like square slices so we ordered the big but customer service was fantastic and the food was delicious.
They offer great service only what they don't have the regular Pontillos pizza taste I'm used to.
The best pontillos I know. You listen well and cook with care. The same staff for years. I love this place.
This is the best location of Pontillo! The last 10 or so pizzas (all match each other) I had blown away from them any other pizza I had elsewhere and I had them all in Rochester. Besides, the staff is friendly.
I was highly disappointed with this restaurant. They cut their round pizzas into squares, and charged $24 for a large pizza that was missing cheese and toppings on part of it. Additionally, part of the crust was burnt.
